These terms govern your use of in.marigold-months.cyou and Marigold Months, operated by Marigold Months Pvt. Ltd., 121–122, Basement, Civil Tower, Santosh Nagar, TN Mishra Marg, Nirman Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

Marigold Months is a free calendar that keeps the renewal dates of your subscriptions — OTT, music, apps, memberships, mobile and DTH recharge plans — and reminds you before each one renews. It is free. There is no paid plan, and we never collect payments.

What we do not do

We only send reminders. We do not start, cancel, or pay for any trial or subscription. Any action you take is directly with the relevant provider. Marigold Months is not affiliated with any provider, platform, operator, bank, or payment app.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and use your own Indian mobile number.

Messages

Reminders are service messages sent by SMS or WhatsApp only because you requested them. Reply STOP to stop. Standard operator charges, if any, are your responsibility.

Your responsibilities

Enter accurate dates. Reminders depend on the information you provide; we are not responsible for charges, missed services, or renewals resulting from wrong or missing dates or from delivery failures outside our control.

Intellectual property

The Marigold Months name, logo, and site content belong to Marigold Months Pvt. Ltd.. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000, given that the service is free.

Termination

You may stop at any time. We may suspend access in case of misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur have exclusive jurisdiction.
